SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WAND) - A 58-year-old man who was killed in a motorcycle versus car accident on Monday in Springfield has been identified.
The Sangamon County Coroner said the crash happened on Wabash Avenue.
The coroner stated that the motorcyclist was taken to the hospital, where he later died around 10:30 p.m. He was identified as Charles Laughlin. The coroner said he died from multiple blunt force injuries sustained in the crash.
The investigation is ongoing.
